1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• During festive seasons or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed if there’s any delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

• Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days (depending on your location)
• Express Shipping: Available on request (additional charges apply)

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your candles, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• We will work with our courier partners to resolve the matter promptly.
