At Varnika Candles, we take great care in handcrafting every candle so it reaches you in perfect condition. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Because our candles are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike of fragrance after purchase
However, we will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
Proof of Issue: To help us resolve any concerns quickly, we kindly request that you record a short video while unboxing your parcel. The video should clearly show the unopened package, the unsealing process, and the condition of the items inside. This helps us verify the problem and speed up the replacement or refund process.
Please note: Slight variations in colour, texture, or fragrance strength are natural in handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
2. Reporting a Problem
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactvarnikacandles@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, we will:
- Issue a replacement product at no extra cost or
- Process a full refund to your original payment method
Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order please contact us and let us know in advance.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds on:
- Used candles
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
